Please note that Film Pass holders will receive 11 vouchers that must be redeemed for tickets to specific screenings. The Film Pass does NOT allow access to auditoriums without a ticket but does guarantee PREFERRED SEATING up to 20 minutes prior to show time. Vouchers may be redeemed for tickets at the Concierge Desk / Will Call at AMC 18 Fashion Valley Cinema at Simon Fashion Valley starting on March 12th. Make your film selections as early as possible to ensure availability for popular screenings.

CONCIERGE DESK / WILL CALL
After you have purchased your pass or tickets on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please bring this e-mail along with your ID to pick-up your order at the 2011 San Diego Latino Film Festival Concierge Desk / Will Call Station at AMC Fashion Valley 18, Fashion Valley, 7037 Friars Road, San Diego, CA 92108 beginning March 12th at 4PM. During the festival the Will Call Station will be open from 4PM – 10 PM and on weekends from 12 noon – 10 PM.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
An allotment of seats is reserved at every screening for pass holders. Pass holders will be allowed preferred entrance into theatres up to 20 minutes prior to show time or until the pass holder allotment has been reached. Early arrival at all screenings is recommended. Passes do NOT guarantee seating and pass holders may not always be able to attend the film program of their first choice.
