When Sofia returns to Venezuela after studying abroad, she finds that her mother, a television producer, is primed to launch Sofia’s career as a television star of a show spotlighting Venezuelan culture. However, Sofia has pledged her allegiance to all things Argentinian, and is reluctant to take on the position, causing undue stress on their relationship.
